Dearest Sigmates,

On the 15th of February the Interim General Meeting will take place. The meeting will start at exactly 18:30 in Café 't Haantje and you are welcome from 18:15 onwards. The 46th Board will present their interim reports. The Commissioner External Affairs will present the sponsorship update and a new document. Lastly, there will be a vote for the Application Committee.

All the documents will be uploaded on the website two weeks in advance the latest and will be e-mailed as well.
