Hey everyone!

The annual Sigma Symposium is taking place again on the 17th of april! This year's theme will be "LED there be light!" There will be talks about alternative solar pannels, the important role of Next Generation Sequencing in oil quality improvement, energy transduction in artificial photosynthesis set ups, the paradoxal beneficits of sunlight in preventing certain cancers and even an invisibility cloak!
This broad spectrum of subjects will provide a very interesting day to all chemistry, molecular life sciences and science students. Costs are only 5 euros for members and 7.5 for non-members. This includes a fancy lunch and a free "borrel" afterwards, so make sure to be there!
