We, the StudyCee, have organized a very fun activity for you! 🍳 Did you ever wonder how it would be if you could just taste something you made during lab? Well, we made it possible for you to cook something in an experimental way during our Molecular Cooking Workshop! 🔬 We prepared a couple of experiments for you to try out, and cook yourself an amazing meal. One example is, making Ice Cream! 🍦 Did you know that pressurized Carbon Dioxide is used to quickly convert a liquid ice cream mix (preferably chocolate flavor) into a delicious scoop of ice cream! Forget about Hocus-Pocus, we use Chemistry! 🧪 Besides the experiments we are also cooking delicious regular food for you for only 2,50 if you sign up. This fun workshop will take place on Tuesday February 27th. You are welcome to join us in the South Canteen between 16:00-21:00. We hope to see you all there! 🥳
